We were delighted to have the FAI centre of excellence return back to our club facility yesterday evening.
The FAI centre of excellence helps identify and develop talented young players around the country with a view to helping them progress onto the international stage in due course.
The programme has been updated to start working directly with our most talented players from a younger age.
First up last night was a players and parents presentation in our main clubhouse presented by FAI head Coach Willie Doyle. Then the players took to our astro pitch for a game under the direction of FAI coach Ciaran kavanagh and the FAI staff.
A special mention to our own club players who were selected to take part in these sessions.
Sean O'Neill, Ryan Scanlon, Paul Moore, Paidi Kavanagh, Kia Fitzsimons, Alex Kavanagh and Brandon Rossitor.
These sessions will continue every Monday evening at our club facility.
